Compassionate4u Limited was commenced in March 2016 by Tembi Hlalakuhle following a career that has included extensive experience with the Health and Social Care Sector that has included private, voluntary and statutory organisations.

With a qualified nursing background and proven leadership skills involving, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives, Tembi has managed multi sites of up to 12 care homes and in different roles that include Registered Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Nursing Services and Director of Operations. Further, her experience includes commissioning new care businesses and troubleshooting in times of crisis with positive outcomes.


Tembi has skills in liaising effectively with regulators like CQC and the wider Multidisciplinary Team and takes a very thorough and professional approach and has worked with nursing, residential, learning disability, Supported living and domiciliary care services.

We carry out quality compliance inspections which review systems within services specifically management, staff training support and leadership, person-centred care planning, clinical robustness where appropriate and suitability of environments that enable services to run safely. Our inspections objectively review current practice within a framework of regulations and suitability of the care teams and the support they receive when delivering care.
